An absolute delight to have around. Great coffee, lovely service. Very similar to the one on the Village Green, with the absence of hot foods. Be aware that they only have takeaway cups, so BYOC if possible.

With Sue's Kitchen being a student favourite and the guys at the coffee station, Kahurangi is a really chill environment right by the main university lake. The people are all incredibly nice and they know their regulars and what they'd prefer! and to be honest, the quality of the food is pretty darn good too!

It's so nice to have access to a cafe on campus! My favourite thing about Kahurangi Cafe, aside from the coffee, is the welcoming and friendly staff. Service is quick and easy. My only suggestion would be that Kahurangi provide more vegan food options; although there is a vegan Snickers Slice, and the option of alternative milk with drinks, it would be awesome to have a nutritious lunch option — for example, by serving the Falafel Wrap with vegan aioli instead of normal aioli.

Cronies are the best. Tasty salad choices. Good coffee. Service was a little slow, but we're rewarded with a complimentary muffin. Otherwise good place to catchup with friends. Cheerful vibe.
